Thank you for anyone who’s ever helped me make a decision, like my Facebook author pic and the title of my women’s fiction novella. I wanted to get some opinions from readers since they’d be the ones reaping the benefit 🙂
I’ve come up with this cool and fun idea for a contest. What are prizes that readers would want? Should it be one huge prize for one winner? Or three to five affordable prizes with different winners?
Some possibilities I’ve considered:
- Amazon Gift Card
- Ebook Reader/Tablet Cover
- Free books of your choice
- ? ? ? ? ?
What do readers want? What would motivate you to join a contest for a chance to win the prize?
It’s that time again for more free stuff!!! My Goodreads giveaway ends May 11th–Mother’s Day. Something’s Amiss would be a beautiful gift to give to someone you love. It explores loss and love, something everyone goes through. My favorite scenes were Poe bonding with the little girl, Raven.

Oliver never thought he’d see his ex, Poe, step foot in Rhode Island again. But, she returns a year later to pay her respects for the loss of Jenna, his cousin. Deciding life’s too short, Oliver plans to fight for what he wants. Can he convince Poe to give him a second chance? Or will old resentments resurface?
Poe’s life is going well in Pittsburgh. Her comic book is in production, and she has a great social life. Her world is shattered when she finds out her best friend, Jenna, passed away. She goes to Rhode Island, planning to attend the funeral. Poe gets an unexpected surprise when she bonds with Jenna’s younger daughter, Raven. And, for a long time, she thought her ex hated her. Soon, she realizes, maybe she was wrong.
Good luck to all who participates in the giveaway!!!
