Want A Cool Slice-of-Life Comic?

Hola!

How are you? It’s been a long time! Since 2016, I’ve had a dream of publishing a comic or graphic novel. Starting today, my dream is a reality. Unscripted is no longer just a concept: there’s an issue 1 and 2 for you to read as PDFs or physical copies!!!

If you’d like to buy a copy or support me by sharing on your social media, then please click on the link–Unscripted #1 and #2–and sign up on my Kickstarter prelaunch page. There you’ll get news of the day Unscripted is officially available for pre-order!

If you’re not familiar with how Kickstarter works, let me explain. This platform is a great tool to allow anyone, even penniless artists 🙂 , to create the product of their dreams. Together we can raise the sum needed to print the best quality comic ever!

It’s really simple–select one of the rewards and pledge to pay the corresponding amount. If we reach the goal before the 30-day countdown ends, BOOM! You’ll get your reward. You will only be charged if the campaign is successful, so your money is guaranteed to be well spent.

Why am I using Kickstarter?

Whether the Kickstarter campaign is successful or not, I’m printing Unscripted #1 and #2. They’ll ultimately end up on my online comic shop and being sold at comic cons, craft shows. I’m joining Kickstarter so I can get a chance to give readers an option of variant covers, art prints, original black and white 11×17 comic pages, and other goodies. There’s no way I could afford to do any of that without backer support. Kickstarter is like a pre-order site. This allows me to see how many comics I should print, to see how big my audience is.

On launch day (most likely Thursday), I’ll be sharing the first 5 pages of each comic issue to get you excited.

Until then, please consider signing up for my Unscripted #1 and #2 Kickstarter prelaunch page.

Keep smiling,

Yawatta Hosby
